Love the app but gyro issues

The app designers have really worked hard and created a very user friendly app but when it comes to the device I feel there r some issues with the gyro. I hit my goal everyday while I washy dishes .... Is there any way to improve the vivosmart gyro??

Synced steps not showing up following day

Last 7 days synced steps are not being stored. Sync every night and they show, just checked calendar and health stats and it says I did zero. Hella cool. Thx

Had a few bugs, but works great now

I love my new Garmin vivoactive, and the Garmin Connect really shows off its best features. There was a bug after the last update, where it wouldnt sync with MFP, but after calling Garmin, they were able to get it working again. Very friendly and helpful customer support person too!

Wont sync my steps!

I have had this for a week. The first two days the app worked great. Not anymore! My steps wont sync anymore. I have tried numerous times. Please fix this issue!

This is a great app but still some issues

I firmly believe this is a great application for the wearable device (vivosmart) but I did fond a couple of issues that I wanted to raise. Sometimes I have trouble connecting to the device unless my phone is tight next to it but also when you load up the program it does not give you an option to manually sync up to the watch. Instead you have to wait until it detects the watch in order for the sync to happen. Otherwise it is great and I love the battery life on it. Hopefully there will be more widgets coming out soon also.

Useless

Can’t even log in.

Not syncing and storing data in Apple Health

Overall the app works fine, but either the last iOS update or the last Connect update (both happened around the same time) my data that is shared to Apples Health program is no longer being saved. My fitness data will log throughout the day, but the following morning I check the Health graphs and my Connect data is gone.

Great App

And the only app for your garmin. From here you can upload to strava, endomondo, mapmyfitness, etc., which then uploads to the National Bike Challenge. It syncs okay with my fitness pal for calories/good balance (although the software isnt great on the garmin side). Hardware is Garmins specialty! Software is not. If you have an issue, call--dont email. Call staff is f^*%}ing awesome. Email online? Never satisfied with that support--they will ask you questions and in the end their response always seems the same (hard restart). Nope.

Hard to find anything

I previously had a jawbone, the difference in the apps is night and day. Too much information hard to find anything. Seems too cluttered? I am going to switch fitness trackers solely based on the poor developed app. Hopefully they change the whole thing soon

Awesome app

Tells me everything I need to know about my health and fitness

How??

How can a company who makes such great hardware have such horrible software. And not fix it after this long??

Easy to use

Like this interface, simple, clean.

Does everything I need it to

Works well, does everything I need it to. More personal records would be a nice add (e.g. Fastest 1k, 5mile, 10mile, max miles/week, etc.).

Harmon Connect

Love the app and the device. Gives me freedom and tracks activity at same time. A little difficult at first to set up, but once I got the hang of it. It has been great.

Love It!!!!

I absolutely love this app and helps me keep up with my daily runs and everything else in my world!!!!!

Average at best

This app has the potential to be a very effective tool with regards to training. However, its ability to interface with other apps, namely the Health App on iPhone is severely lacking. After using this app to sync with several Garmin devices, Im sorry to say that there are much better options out there. Garmin has a reputation of producing quality products, unfortunately it is painfully obvious that this app is not high on their priority list of product development. Please fix the interoperability between the Health app and Garmin Connect!

Id give it 0 stars if I could

I am a garmin fan. I have had several devices over the years. Both for training and for hunting/hiking. And will buy more products Im sure. However, for $650 for a fenix HR sold as a "fully integrated" solution with the connect app I feel like I was straight up lied to. The watch is decent. But if you want to see all the data it collects you need the app. And the app is terrible. It unpairs every time I swim laps (3x a week) and occasionally for no discernible reason. To re-pair it I have the displeasure of uninstalling the entire app and reinstalling as if I had just bought the watch. Three times a week. Minimum. Awful. Absolutely terrible. Id say buy the watch and hope the app works, but the watch alone will not give you all they say it will do/tell you. For example your sleep info. And a lot more. Stay away from garmin and fenix until they get it right.

Forerunner 25 Wont Sync

My watch gets a Bluetooth connection with my iPhone 5s with no problem. But none of my activities (walk/run) are syncing with the app. I can only dock the watch with my laptop to upload my activity to Garmin Connect. This just started this month. I dont know if its the iOS upgrade or the app upgrade that is the culprit. Not happy.

Good app

For what I was looking for to monitor it works just fine. It sometimes crashes while trying to synch but thats pretty much all my dislike about it.
