App no longer working

I love garmin but this is getting ridiculous. App keeps saying no data sync band to display data. My band syncs, the app says its successful and yet it still shows no data on the app. Ive lost close to a week of data because the app wont show it. Super super frustrating. If this isnt fixed soon Ill be switching to a band with an app that works.
