Bluetooth fail

Owned many Garmin devices - currently using Forerunner 620. This mobile app is a POS. Wont automatically download my workouts and can no longer pair the watch with my phone at all. Forget the 1000 extra "data points" they now offer, how about just getting my runs to upload??? Tech support told me I had to disconnect all my other Bluetooth devices - yeah thats practical. Waste of money!
